Orders, Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Payment Terms are strictly net before shipping and remain the property of 4WD Systems until fully paid for.

4WD Systems reserves the right to reject or terminate any order at any time and the offer to purchase goods (deemed ordered by the completion of the Order Form) is ‘accepted’ when it is confirmed by email and a shipping is booked.

4WD Systems reserves the right to limit quantities purchased by any person or entity.

The purchaser agrees and accepts to any and all ‘Terms & Conditions’, including Delivery, Cancellation Returns, Product Returns and Warranty Conditions, when an offer to purchase is made.

4WD Systems has made every effort to the accuracy of the information provided, but does not accept any liability for errors or omissions and the information and the site is used at your own risk. Check with 4WD Systems prior to the purchase order being made if specific information is required, and/or ask for a review of goods in the Comment section provided when completing the order.

4WD Systems reserves the right to change prices, fees, charges, information and conditions at any time without notice or liability.

All work or modifications carried out by 4WD Systems is not necessarily intended for on-road use. Check compliance with State Regulators before use on-road.

Delivery/Shipping
4WD Systems has several suppliers of Freight/Shipping services. When Shipping is selected, the lowest cost option will usually be selected for each Order. This may be by Road or Air.

Smaller parts (up to 5kg) will often ship by Air.

For International deliveries 4WD Systems usually use TNT or Express Courier International.

Shipping does not include destination Taxes or Duties. The purchaser is entirely responsible for any local destination country charges and fees that may be incurred.

Returns Information

Cancellation Returns An offer to purchase may be cancelled by written request, but if the cancellation is not received before the order is processed and the goods dispatched, the cancellation request may not be effected.

Product Returns

  1. No parts or components will be accepted for return without “Returns Authorisation”.
  2. No parts or components will be accepted for return without freight pre-paid.
  3. All parts or components returned must be in original saleable condition & packaging, with proof of purchase supplied.
  4. A 10% restocking fee applies for goods returned before 14 days from Invoice, 20% from 14-30 Days, No Credit over 30 Days from Invoice.
  5. A “Returns Authorisation” is obtained by request via the Returns Authorization form.

Warranty Returns

Warranty Conditions Summary
A 3 Year Limited Warranty (from the date of original purchase) is provided Internationally by 4WD Systems for most products. Any Extended Warranty periods will be described in the product information pages relating to each product category.

Lokka product is covered by a 3 Year Unconditional Warranty.

Free Wheel Hubs are not included in the above and have a 1 Year Limited Warranty.

All Warranties are not transferable and only cover the original purchaser and is not extended by any replacement or repair for any reason.

Warranty Conditions Detail

  1. Warranty is for manufacturers faulty parts and workmanship.
  2. Warranty Period is for 3 Years from date of original purchase excluding Free Wheel Hubs (or longer where stipulated in the product information page).
  3. Warranty Period is for 1 Year from date of original purchase for Free Wheel Hubs.
  4. In the unlikely event of a Request for Warranty, all parts & components must be returned for inspection to 4WD Systems, with proof of purchase supplied and freight pre-paid – see ‘Product Returns’.
  5. The manner of Warranty (repair or replacement or exchange) is at the exclusive discretion of 4WD Systems.
  6. 4WD Systems must be notified in writing of any part or component failure leading to a potential Request for Warranty, within 14 days of any event.
  7. A “Returns Authorisation” will be issued for the return of all parts and components in the event of notification leading to acceptance of a Request for Warranty.
  8. Determination of acceptance of a Request for Warranty is at the exclusive discretion of 4WD Systems.

Warranty Conditions Exclusions

  1. All freight and labour costs.
  2. All consequential damages or injury, personal or property by any persons or entities.
  3. Any result of modification or alteration of the original parts.
  4. Any misuse, abuse or abnormal use of the parts.
  5. Any incorrect fitting of the parts during installation – excluding Lokka products.
  6. Any accidental damage.
  7. Any extension beyond the 3 Year period after original purchase, or 1 Year period after original purchase for Free Wheel Hubs.
  8. Any secondary purchaser of any parts or components.

All Parts and components deemed not to comply with the Warranty Conditions will be returned to the original purchaser at their expense.

LOKKA fitting is not suitable for On-Road use for the following applications:

  1. Rear of EFi gasoline with Manual Transmission.
  2. Rear of EFi diesel with Full Time 4×4 with Manual Transmission.
  3. For any OEM factory Diff Lock hemisphere.
  4. Front of All Wheel Drive (AWD/SUV) or Full Time 4×4 vehicles without Part Time 4×4 Conversion Kit for On-Road.
  5. Front of any vehicle without either Free Wheel Hubs or an Axle Disconnect mechanism.
